Less aggregate percentage in B.E

Question

Hi,

I am a 2015 pass out and have completed my engineering in E&TC from Pune University with 56% aggregate. I was selected on campus in L&T infotech but didn't got joining till now I have been searching job from past 1 year. I have worked in a start up and have experience in web development and UI designing. I have to left that job because of some serious medical issues.

Now, even though I have good programming skill, still because of my less percentage I am unable to get a job in MNC. I am thinking about getting a fake experience certificate, but since its illegal and also immoral that's why afraid to do so. I have been consistently searching jobs in job portals. Its not like I have a bad resume. My resume get selected in many companies, the main issue is my less graduation percentage. Please guys, guide me through this career dilemma.
