Left menu Items design is changed on textbox autocomplete

Question

hi friends,

 

I am populating data in textbox using webservice call and Jquery ajax call.

 

On placing of two js files for jquery auto complete extender,the left menu items design is changing.

 

I am placing these links and jquery ajax  call in the end of the body tag.
