Learning C# without having to buy visual studio .net

Question

i am learning visual basic .net and have visual basic .net standard ed. i of course have net framework .sdk installed. i also want to learn C# but don't have the money to buy visual studio .net and was wondering if anyone knows of an ide that i might be able to use instead of visual studio .net.
