Launch Condition Issue - Please help

Question

Hi friends,                 
                      I downloaded the redistributable full .NET setup (dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe) and chose in my setup project the "Download prerequsites from the same location as my application". But now I have the problem that the Launch condition still asks the user to install the .NET4 from the web; I can´t remove the launch condition either; Is there a way to change that?

Please help me to install .net framework without going online, followed by, my product.
