large JSON payload which when i posted using SOAPUi

Question

i have large JSON payload which when i posted to the application via SOAP it is working in http but not in https.

I have tried by increased the BufferPoolSize and MaxBufferSize, maxReceivedMessageSize in web.config file so in http, the very large payload is accepting but not accepting in https .
