Label, button position change automatically

Hello Buddies,

I have built a windows application using C# in Windows XP English version, while I have deployed my windows application in Windows XP Chinese version, position of the objects e.g button, label, in the user interface is changed automatically. Do you have any idea and how to fix this problem ?
