Knowledge based on experinece

Question

Hi everyone 

 i have 3 +  year  experince in .net but in that tenure i work on only plain programming asp.net,VB.net,C#,Winform,sql,store procedure ,SSRS,Report viewer,javascript(rare),css

 

i think now a days in industries work latest technology like bbotstraps,MVC,angular,typescript

 

i have never get chance to work on that kind of technology 

 

Now thinking to switch job

 

but due not experience on above technology i getting negative(scared)

if some how got selected then will the  give me time to learn 

 

i worked in small industry
