Kill Explorer through programming

Question

im developing stand alone application in C#...

 

i need a opeartion like, if i open my application it should stop all process in windows and my application should in window. im not allow the user to do anything else while my applicatioin is running.

 

simple i need to say means i need to kill the explorer.exe...

 

once i close my application i need to start the explorer.exe....

 

Like ATM machine opeartion and IBPS exam window....

 

Please dont give any web-links for refrence... i searched many but i not get any usefull information...
