JSON >> XML - C# routines Exist?!?

Anyone have code to convert JSON string into XML (XmlDocument) within C#. Im using .Net Framework v1.1, C#, VS 2003. Because of this i cannot use JSON.Net or MS Ajax Extensions. Thanks for any leads or source code.
