Jquery DatePicker Error

Hi All,

Good Day!!!,

 

iam Develop one master Screen, in the Screen have "Effective Date " , in these Felid   Apply The Jquery DatePicker,  Now Working Fine , But When I change Date Format Like this  dd/MM/yyyy Format. i got This Type of error.

 The field Effective Date must be a date.

Give Me any One Suggestions.
