Job question
Jul 16 2009 10:22 PM
Hello everyone,
I am new to this site, but have learned much already. I look forward to corresponding with everyone here.
I have recently graduated from Devry University with a BS in Technical Business Management and a technical track in programming. I feel that this college has failed me, as I know less about programming now then before I started. I have been spending the last month getting reacquainted with programming syntax in a few different languages. My question is, How do I get my foot in the door in the programming carer field? Any suggestions will help me greatly. It seems as if there are very few companies willing to hire anyone with no experience. That would be the catch 22 of it all, you need to get that first job, in order to gain experience. If anyone can point me to some good resources it would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to seeing you all in the forums.
