Javascript and css are not working properly in 2019 server

Question

Hi Team,

 

We are migrating windows server from old to 2019 server.

 

When we have changed .net framework 2.0 to 4.0 and deployed code in 2019 server, css and javascript is not working properly. But it is working in our local machine.
