ITextSharp PDF in MVC

Question

How to get Circle shapes, filled with colors and placing required location in PDF?

 

* How to get circle shapes?

*How to align these to our required location in PDF ?

*How to fill the circles with colors dynamically(Green,Yellow,White) based on the user selection?

 

Basically my requirement is User selection the Radio Buttons in front end, based on selection it will applied to circles in PDF(But not editable Radio buttons in PDF).
