Itextsharp pdf creation

Question

I am creating PDF using itextsharp.dll and m taking the values of a font size in pixel and now i want same font size to be used in pdf creation[in pixel] but
the unit used in itextsharp is different than pixel
here i have to take the values from end user
so how can i make them match
please help guys....
