issue with Hybrid Exchange 2010 To Hybrid Exchange 2016

Question

Dear All, 

i need a help,

i have exchange 2010 hybird and going to migrate to exhange 2016 

i folow all steps on https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/hybrid-exchange-2010-to-hybrid-exchange-2016-part-one/

 

after i opened exchange 2016 admin center 

clicked on servers i cant find any options ( database,virtual driecroties etc)

also i cant edit any options all are dimmed
