I'm forced to install Visual Studio or not?

Hi,

I have a question that never have answer.

Every time when I need to install a system conceived on C# to another computer I should first install all the Visual Studio (I'm still using VS 2015).

Curiously if I dont do that when I run my system. They are two errors messages I am expecting:

 

1) Not way to get (or to use) your system because SQL Server was not installed (I'm using the integrated SQL Server).

2) Not way to use reports. 

 

Then there is another way to install your program without installing Visual Studio. Because its taking me around 15 or 20 minutes depending the speed (or powerfulness) of the computer.
