IsActive button

i fetch All users(Customer,Seller) list in a table  in a view from database.this View access have only Admin now i want to add a button on each user for status Active or unactive.  which user have Active status that user login and those user have status unactive they can't login. i think you understand my Problem so please give me a Explained  Answer...Thank You :)
