Is there any hosting which give us full access

Question

Hello All,

 

I need your help to know that is there any web hosting which will give us full access like read, write in folder directory.

 

We have hosted in Godaddy one windows hosting of our website. Our requirment are working properly there except image storing and retrieving. 

 

Ourt current access not allowing to insert files into the image folder in Godaddy server.

 

So let me know any other windows hosting service is available which will give us full access.
