Is there any best way to resize video file size in asp.net mvc5.

Question

i am using HttpPostedFileBase for selecting the video file. before i want check confirm the user to resize the video and after i want resize original to my static size.

 

Eg. mp4 video file size: 500mb

after resized 200mb like
