Is there a way using PowerShell or CSOM to disable Delve

Hello,

Is there a way using PowerShell or CSOM to disable Delve on per user basis?

On the settings in AboutMe page for Delve I can see an option to turn Delve off. This setting only applies to my account.

As an admin I need to apply this setting for few users and remaining other users should having Delve enabled.

Currently no APIs available to disable Delve.

It can only be disabled at tenant level manually. Refer this for more details:

You dont have that option for specific users. You can disable for entire tenant by disabling Microsoft Graph from SharePoint Admin center settings.
