Is it possible to use sp list Rss Feed Url for Mobile app?

Higuys,

 

our public facing website has developed on sharepoint 2013.

 

We are having a cross site publishing to manage content and all.

 

 

We are having a list in our SP Site with the name "News"

 

we are developing a mobile application and want to get the updates automatically from "News" list using RSS feed URL.

 

Is it possible in sharepoint?

if yes then please kindly tell me which URL I have to give to the developers, because our cross site publishing works only in our network area that too only admins have the access.

 

So if developers need to get the list items from "News" which Rss Feed url they have to get?
