IP NETTING change client machine ip to hosting server ip on

Question

i am using asp.net C# for we development and stopped at one point which i have to set hosting server ip address as a static ip for all http request from application to api given. 

no matter what is clients visiting ip address. please write some helpfull reply  as soon as possible to any blogger OR .net developer.
