Invoking Web Api from Angular

Question

PFA rar is the API project that includes Angular code to invoke WE API. But I am facing issues with the same.

The attached projetc is build using

ASP.NET 4.5.2

Angular 4

VS 2015 updtae 3

Please guide on how to resolve this issue.

Alos please let me know if there is any course/training avaialable on integrating Angular4 with ASP.NET MVC
