Invalid Printer Specified on Crystal Report 13 in ASP.Net

Question

Hi,

 

We have migrated the Crystal report version to 13 and Visual Studio 2010 for ASP.NET Web application framework version to 4.0 and it runs in Windows 2012 server.

Some times when we print the report it works fine but after some time it throws the below error message.

 

We have to manually re-start the server to print the reports again.

 

Error Message: Invalid printer specified.
