Interested to join in Microsoft as fresher.

Hi, I am in my final year of B.tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. And in August 2018 I am completing my degree. So, I am little worry about getting a job in Microsoft. So , I need a Career Advice to get a job in Microsoft (mainly targeted) or Other follow companies as fresher. So, I Please give me some Advice and start discussion for more details.
