Intel IPP Questions?

Hello! If anyone know the Intel IPP, Intel Integrated Performance Primitives (Intel IPP) for optimizing code with multimedia functionality. Anyone got the experience on using Intel IPP, I got some questions want to ask for Intel IPP but their support is no reply, thus I post my questions here. 1) Does IPP suitable for Video Conferencing product development? 2) If "yes", does IPP include the video and audio codec? 3) If I want to develop a Face Recognition function for my VC product, does IPP available for this purpose? 4) IPP has a motion detect function, does it true or false? 5) IPP support C# or not? 6) IPP can run under AMD Processor? Please give me reply asap. Thanks!
