Integrate Chrome remote desktop control in asp.net website

Question

I have  a website in which i have an option to start a google hangout with another user in the system.

This can be achieved by calling google api.

My requirement is to have a remote desktop access between the users in the website.

Google hangout previously had remote desktop access facility and now they have withdrawn that.

 

Is there any option for this can be achieved from the google hangout window or from the website window?
