installutil problem in windows service

i was develop one windows service it built successfully but at the time of installation i got the messages like

the installation failed and the roll back has been performed

an exception occur during installation phase

system.argumentsOutOfRangeException

i can't write single code also in onStart the code is attached see the attachment
