Installing Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 on to the same machine

I need a solution for my problem. I have Windows 7 installed in one system, i want to install Windows Server 2008 R2 as well to the same system. Can some one provide me some exact steps on how to do that in detail. i was trying to get some links but nothing provides clear idea..
