Installer in C# to install DirectX

Question

I want to make installer using Wix ,Bootstrapper or C# code which can install directx offline or online without user interaction.and if directx is already installed then I want to know his version name.I want the version of that directX which is installer manually and which is visible in program and features not the one which is integrated automatically when Window 8 is install or visual studio is installed.
