Installation of ajax in dotnet 2013

Hi

      I am using .NET Framework 2013 by default ajax client centric tools are not in ,so I download file called AjaxControlToolkit.Installer.17.1.1.0 

    Now my query is I donot know how to install in Netframework2013,

Please provide me address so that i can apply into my PC.
