Install a vb.net windows application in Unix/Linux

Question

Hi friends,
      I have developed an application in Vb.net with Mysql as Backend. I have made the deployment files that can run on Windows operating system.
     What I want to know is what procedure is to be followed to create a setup file for my application that can run on Unix/Linux operating system.
