Question

Management needs a program that allows a user to enter and keep track of tools purchased. It needs to open an existing file (or create it), and read from, or write to, the file. Allow the user to display all records when needed. Align all data appropriately. Additional file operations are deleting the file, closing the file and deleting a record by transact number.

 

Ensure error handling on all file operations. Data fields cannot be empty or null. Display appropriate messages when necessary. Use a Rich Textbox for display.
