insert multiple data in single table at a time by clicking button

hii i am making a Windows form application in this i have two form in one form i have one list view and one select button and in another form i have some comboboxes and save button first i am checking items of list view and after clicking select buton in another form label is displayin no of items selected = 4 now i want to inser these for data in my table at a time how to do this friends plzz help me
