insert and update data to excel from sql server

Hi,

   I want to insert and update a particular column in excel from sql server using stored procedure.i have one excel file.that i want to update a particular column.that datas are pull from sqlserver.



and i have one application that is insert data to sqlserver from excel.


please modify that application for my requirement.I attached that web application below.
