Incorrect file name on Azure server using blob storage

Question

When downloading files with non-Latin names, an incorrect file name is displayed The problem is observed in Azure server. We can see this point is working fine on our local machine but on azure its not working. We are using blob storage for save the files(images). Please suggest me if anyone has any solution. Thank you
