Including the angularjs in usercontrol

Hi I am trying to display sample message using angularjs But I need to include usercontrol and .aspx page also Can Anyone give the example withe these 3 files.Beacuse I am doing in my current project that it has 3 files like what I mentioned using aspx.ascx and angularJS

I have sent the project please look into it
