In Oracle 11g how to start Listner.

Question

In the Net configuration assistant option Local net service name configuration is successfully configured.But i can't able to start listener.When i start manually in command prompt it shows listener.ora files does not have the listener name.But i checked listener.ora file it have the listener name which i was configured in the listener option.
