Improve page load speed

I have work on one of my project where I need to reduce the page load time, In my Page, there is only 50 records I rendering, I have checked and optimized its database Query, bundle and minified and compressed Javascript as well as CSS, but still, I got the same issue... When I have checked my page in google page speed it suggested reducing Speed Index, also reduce DOMContentLoaded, not it takes around 4.82 s to load in my local server.

Can please anyone help me?
