Importing Contacts from Yahoo to Asp Website

hi

I want to import yahoo contacts to my asp website..I did it for gmail by using google dll's...

but for yahoo I didn't get it..can you please send me any yahoo dlls for doing this task..

Is yahoo dlls are free to download or we have to pay ....

Please give me clarification....
