Import the data of excel sheet into MySql Table using WS

Question

I am Trying to import my data residing in Excel Workbook to Mysql database which is working fine with Windows Application but when I am trying to do the same with Windows Services the WS is not inserting data to My Sql database after Installation using InstallUtil..Please Help
