Import excel to datatable from 9th row in asp.net usingOleDB

Hello,

I have a excel sheet that i have to import to data table then in SAP, and I want to make the 9th row header column and read the data from the 10th row, considering 9th row is the Column name. From 1st to 8th there are instructions. I cannot change the format of the sheet.Please help me with code.
