Import a File from Server PC

Question

Dear Friends,
I have a Server PC and Client PC's. i make a file(.Pdf,.Txt) and save it in Particular location in Server PC. what i want is to get that File From Server PC Location in my Client PC.
i m using a Windows based Application.
