Implementation of WACOM STU-520 in winform and web form

Question

We are trying to implement WACOM STU-520 in our project. What we thought before buying is, the entered text on pad, will get recognize and it will fill the form, where mouse points in the form. but after implementing in our project, we can't able to recognize the text, we can only be saved as an signature image. So Is there any software for WACOM STU-520, for text recognition. So that we can implement in our project and also we can buy the product in more ways.

So please can any1 let me know that, any dll(inkrecognition.dll or microsoft.ink.analysis) i want to use or any software I want to use or can i get the coding.

Please give me clear reply that it can be possible to recognize text or WACOM STU-520 can never able to recognize text
