Implementation of dropzone js in IE8

Question

Hi,

 

I am trying to implement similar functionality of Dropzone js in IE8 but failing everytime. Can someone please guide me through this.
Requirement:

   Similar to google upload photos. (User can drop his images and the process has to upload to server)
