Images Got Lost on Post Back

Question

Hi, 

    I am using Grid view with Item Templates which contains Image Control. This Grid is inside the update panel. Basically this Grid View display member List with his photo. There is one Search Button which filter that data in Grid View. Now When I Click Search button all Images got lost and didn't displayed in Grid View. 

    Any help appreciated.
