image Pixcel problem

Question

We have taken a picturebox and loaded an image into it. The picturebox is of 219 x 348 pixels and the image is of size 650 x 1050 pixels (width x height). We have placed few controls(labels) on to the picture box. When we save the image (using drawtobitmap method) to the file of size 219 x 348, the resolution of the image is very poor.
