image on my picture box changes with screen resolution

Hi,
I am displaying an image on picture box and i am drawing some text on it .Its  a windows application  on .net 2.0 framework.

When i change the screen resolution the image is not fitting in the picture box.I changed the size mode property tro zoom.It worked but due to this change the text i was drawing  on the image  became blurred.
any help/suggestions will be appreciated.
