Image from Azure Blob not displaying

Question

Hello and thank you for reading this. I am following along an article about Azure's cognitive services. I am working in  a c#(mvc) application that is supposed to upload an image into a blob container and display it on the application and then the AI (project oxford) is then to read the image and provide details. My current issue is that the images are not displaying, instead it shows a small broken in image next to the name of the image. The article provided no extra information. Please assist me. I can upload a screenshot and the code if necessary.
