Image file upload problem

Question

While uploading an image, an warning message is showing as below:

"Access to the path 'D:\inetpub\vhosts\marriagepaper.com\httpdocs\adimages\K09109.jpg' is denied."

The folder permission is set to Read and Write.

What is the problem? How can I solve it?
